Amazing͏ experience! Julia’s͏ knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire home-selling process was incredible. She was very thorough with her explanation of each step of the process and was super patient with all the questions I had. She also hired a professional organizer to come help get the home ready for photos and showings, who did a wonderful job getting our house looking perfect. Between that, the photographer she hired to take the listing photos, and the beautiful brochures and marketing efforts, it was no wonder we sold our house for more than $40k over asking price! Julia also helped us purchase our next home, and with her expert advice and her nonstop fighting for us, we ended up getting the first home we put an offer in on.
