As an owner already located in another state, I found Julia to be the ultimate partner to take me through the selling process as a remote client. She is genuine, personable, and a terrific communicator. Property transactions always have ups and downs, which is where Julia’s calm demeanor and experience are a blessing. She went above and beyond on my behalf. I have bought and sold a half a dozen homes in various states over the years and I have had good agents and some. It so good agents! Julia Horton is by the far the most kick butt agent I have ever had the pleasure being associated with. Anytime I wanted to look at something, she made it happen…when we were ready to sell…she made it happen…we had a question…if she didn’t already know the answer l..she would get back to you in hours with the right answer. Most of all she was a comforting friend when we were making emotional decisions and kept us on track of our goals!

I do not post a lot of positive reviews because customer service is a forgone conclusion unless you’re paying to dollar for the experience…But Julia is and will forever be the Greatest Agent Ever! Much love and respect Julia..thank you for making my wife and I’s dreams come true!!

I relocated from Minnesota last year, and Julia was amazing! She works tirelessly and really coaches through the entire process. Navigating during such a booming time in the market can be overwhelming – but with Julia ‘s help we were able to find our wonderful home in an amazing neighborhood!

Julia was so thoughtful due to this being a huge decision to move. She was reassuring, kept us up to date on everything that was going on. Advertising and pictures of the home were beautiful. The best part she found a buyer the first weekend the home was listed. From there everything went very smoothly with no hiccups. She went above and beyond to make sure we were in the know of what was going on and always quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. I would highly recommend her and will use her again. The Realtor advert was very professionally written to touch on all important features of our home and upgrades, with highlights about our community, amenities, schools and location. The pictures for the listing were also very professionally done. We are very happy how Julia managed the interaction with the buying agent and the buyers. The house was literally sold in less than one day and over the listing price! The new owners are a younger couple with two small kids and they loved the house and the big yard, at first site. Julia’s advise how to prepare the house for sale was on point. She did great coordinating all the steps and details around the entire selling process. We are very pleased with the quick turnaround. Julia was our selling and buying agent and it worked perfect. We would gladly work with her again.

Julia is very trustable and reliable. I am not local in FL at that time. She shown homes remotely in multiple times and locations. She did extra steps and shown us surrounding areas by walking or driving. After we made an offer, she followed up every single step all the way through whole processing until closing. Very professional.
